Bongpiyang Incheon Airport in Incheon

I had no problem with the incoming immigration service but my outgoing experienced was unpleasant. The outgoing security was very rude. She slammed the plastic tray and almost hit my fingers. Told me to back off rudely. Not at all professional.

Airport it self was good. American Airlines put my bags on a different flight...

Very clean airport and very helpful and polite staff.

It have been ten years since my last visit and obviously a lot have been changed. I can't recognize anything from my last visit - New stores, new concepts, and new look. This time at Incheon, I have five hours before the next flight. I have walked from Gate 30 to 52. Long walk but worth it. The sale staff are good at marketing skill, so watch your wallet. You can do a trip looking around, but the price is reasonable, so why not buying some cosmetic for your loved ones. I really enjoyed the traditional Korean culture shop!! Please stop by.

Terminal 1 was very modern with a decent selection of food offerings to pass the time on a long layover.

Great airport, good vibes. Fast free and stable WiFi pretty much everywhere throughout the airport available. Plenty of free drinking water dispensers. Good signage and clearly structured information, competent and polite staff at information counters. Plenty of good dining and shopping options available. Clean restrooms. Interesting little exhibitions throughout the airport conveying different aspects of Korean culture. Nice little rest areas where in-transit passengers can actually lay down comfortably and get some sleep.

One of the best experiences flying into from US. The customs was very well laid out under the current COVID restrictions. Very clean airport with friendly staff.

By far the best airport I've been. Very easy to find everything with plenty of information everywhere. Services are plentiful and comprehensive. a lot of freebies also! My 8hr of layover have been a pleasure even in covid times!

Incheon Airport is VERY clean with modern architecture. Vendors within include KT (phone service for those coming from abroad), Lotteria (similar to Wendy's products), Burger King, Paris bakery (similar to Starbucks products), Korean Street Food, Big Rice Bowl, 7-Eleven, herbal and supplement establishment, etc. The airport is busier in the evening. International Taxi is located in Terminal's for those traveling nearby.

Incheon International Airport is divided into two terminals. Korean Air is at Terminal 2. It is smaller than Terminal 1, but it has just as much shops and amenities. During this time of COVID-19, the terminal is basically empty and one can walk around the whole entire place within an hour.

To be honest its a nice place to be in the airport facilities(robot)and shop lots were great but just one thing that isn't great at all is their services.... the first moment when we get off the plane the queue isn't horrible but you would see some tourist cut in the queue which I believe is korean and the immigration customs uses korean to ask you to follow their procedures I don't know korean🙁 while i see a tourist beside my counter is bein shout in korean by the immigration officer which I have no clue about what happen(this is the only bad experience of my travel to korea) while when the way back from the trip the custom officer is pretty rude as well the body check officer spin me around to have a check which is pretty annoying🙃

Great artistic work of architectural design and the open space is amazing. South Korea is very experimental on new ideas.

Simply the best airport in the Asia-Pacific region, but I haven’t been to Changi Singapore yet. ICN is large, clean and safe. What more can you ask? Its even got a cinema and a “capsule” hotel inside for layovers (though you could always head out to Seoul or sleep inside the terminals). I’ll definitely come back again when flying to Asia.

Nice airport. Plenty of shopping and modern amenities. Good food and even friendly robots running round and that will escort you to your gate. I am impressed with the architecture. This structure is well designed and elegant. The polished tile flooring and aquamarine glass windows make it a serene place to stroll through. They even have a miniature forest with water features across from Starbucks. Bravo South Korea.

Beautiful Airport! Very well kept! They performed an orchestra concert last time I was there. Plenty of cool places to shop and eat. Excellent customer service as well when checking in and out 🙂

Incheon international airport is one of the main airport in South Korea, landed here at 9.30 p.m and got my last airport bus to the central city. You can reach the place by airport bus or subway if you don't want taxi or don't have private car. Immigration proccess was quite fast but still some tourists obviously cut the queue with no manners

Was there during the COVID-19 era, and the airport was almost deserted. Most food/restaurants are closed and walking along the concourse you could count the number of people walking through. For such a wonderful place, it's sad to see it empty and quiet.

Beautiful and new addition to Incheon airport. Terminal 2 was opened a little over a year ago and houses only Korean Air. With Covid it is usually empty. The gates are quite far from the ticket counters and the walk takes you past a variety of luxury shops...and even a micro hotel.

Most beautiful place big and clean and very courteous everywhere. Service good too. Record time immigration and customs clearance. Keep it up INCHEON guys

pics from Feb 28 2020: my international transfer from terminal 1, gate 32 (Thai Airways arrival), to gate 40 (Hawaiian Airlines departure). needles to say it was a ghost town at the airport, and on both flights i took. normally this airport is by far the best organized and most efficiently ran. the international transfer process is a cinch! just hope after things return to normal, i can use ICN as a layover site for my future travels!

The airport was clean and was regularly cleaned by staff. People can rest at areas in the main hall like portion near arrivals. We actually stayed overnight here just on rest spots in front of convenience stores. It was actually surprisingly comfortable. There are designated spots where you can charge your phone and there is unlimited free wifi.

The whole place is clean and spacious, with plenty of shops and things to do while you wait. The executive lounge had delicious food and comfortable chairs, but honestly you could lounge anywhere in the airport comfortably. Excellent WiFi, shopping and great places to eat. Immaculately maintained and clean. Lots of washrooms and easy to get around.

Really nice and clean airport. If you have a long layover here then definitely try to visit the city, but make sure you go to the counter as soon as possible as it is first come first serve basis. They have a bunch of lounges, so check the map first for ones closer to your gate and ask to see the inside first as it may be super crowded.

Water refill turned off, because of covid19, and no hot water ever. No showersThey have convenient charging system and sits to wait your flight

I love this airport. So immaculate. Getting in and out of security was quick. I highly suggest taking a tour if you have a layout. Tour staff was organized and very polite even though I was running late. My favorite part was the quiet, dark sleeping areas. The lounges are so comfortable. The food court had plenty of yummy choices. I watched a beautiful cultural event. Next time, I will try out the showers and the massage rooms.

The Airport is so nice , fairly new airport. Extremely clean . Really wired experience transiting during covid . The airport was so empty . The airport employees were reallyhelpful assistance for transit . Really easy process. The airport was 100% safe for transit .It was one of my only option on getting to Canada , so I have extremely greatful. I will definitely use the airport again for transit ,future travels
