There is a post office on the second floor of the airport. I can buy stamps, but I do not know postcards.

You'll have enough time as long as you move quickly and dont leave the airport. Just go straight to your gate after you land and you'll be fine.

There is a tour bus exclussively for stopover traveĺers like you at the airport. Just ask for information. The bus tour staff will introduce you to various tour locations you may choose. Tell them how many hours you prefer to go out. They would know how to manage your tour time. You'd enjoy the tour I'm sure meeting different tourists along.
